How does the installment payment work?
You visit our store, choose your device, and pay a 60% deposit to confirm your plan. You take the phone home that same visit, then make scheduled monthly payments. Every date and amount is given to you in writing before you commit.
When do I become the full owner?
Full ownership transfers to you after your final scheduled payment is received. No additional fees. No extra conditions. It is yours outright once the plan is complete.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We will contact you to find a resolution. We encourage you to reach out proactively if you anticipate difficulty — early communication almost always leads to a better outcome. Under the Hire-Purchase Act (NRCD 292), we must allow 14 days' notice before any further action.
