Condition Grades

All devices are graded before sale. You will always know the condition grade of your device before making any payment.

Grade A
Minimal to no visible wear. Looks and functions like new.
Grade B
Light scratches or scuffs on body. All functions fully operational.
Grade C
Noticeable cosmetic wear. Disclosed upfront. Fully functional.

All known defects are disclosed prior to sale. If a device is found to differ materially from its stated condition when you receive it, contact our support team immediately.

Initial Deposit

A deposit is required in-store to confirm your plan. The amount is 30% of the device price.

Scheduled Payments

After taking your device home, you make regular payments according to your agreed schedule. Payment amounts and dates are confirmed in writing before your plan starts.

No Hidden Additions

The price you are quoted is the price you pay. We do not add undisclosed fees mid-plan. All costs are presented before you sign.

Ownership Transfer

When your final scheduled payment is received, full ownership of the device transfers to you. No further obligations remain with Pulseown Mobile.
