Direct customers pay Pulseown Mobile. Employer-backed customers require their employer to approve the payroll arrangement. Your written offer will always show which plan applies.

Direct Customer Plan

You apply and pay Pulseown Mobile directly.

  • The standard initial payment is 60% of the device price.
  • The remaining 40% is due on the pay-later date or schedule written in your offer.
  • Approval is based on identity, contact, and affordability checks.
  • No payroll deduction applies to this plan.

Employer-Backed Plan

Your employer participates in the plan and approves the payroll arrangement.

  • The employee contribution and repayment dates are stated in the written offer.
  • Your employer verifies employment and approves any payroll deduction before handover.
  • Deductions start only after clear written authority and payroll confirmation.
  • Applications are currently reviewed individually and depend on employer participation.

The standard direct-customer plan starts with 60% of the device price. Employer-backed contributions are set separately in the written offer.

The pay-later date or payment schedule is fixed in writing before handover. You always know what is due and when.

The price quoted is the price you pay. We do not add undisclosed fees mid-plan. All costs are presented upfront.

Missed Payment Process

Under the Hire-Purchase Act (NRCD 292) we must issue written notice and allow 14 days to remedy a missed payment before any action.

How does the installment payment work?

Direct customers normally pay 60% first and pay the remaining 40% on the date or schedule in their written offer. Employer-backed plans require employer and payroll approval, and their contribution may be different.

When do I become the full owner?

Full ownership transfers to you after your final scheduled payment is received. No additional fees. No extra conditions. It is yours outright once the plan is complete.
